Rested in the Vault
This batch of Divine Vanilla Cocktail Syrup is spoken for. Cast a vote below to call it back.
Vanilla is the most misjudged flavor behind the bar — “vanilla” means boring everywhere except a cocktail, where real vanilla is quiet load-bearing magic. This one is made with actual Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, not extract-and-sugar, so you get the round, floral, slightly smoky thing real pods do instead of the candle-aisle version.
In tiki it's the whisper behind drinks like the Nui Nui — the note nobody can name and everybody misses when it's gone. Off the island: a vanilla Old Fashioned is a quiet revelation, a splash in a rum and Coke is embarrassingly good, and your morning latte will never accept the coffee-shop pump again. Use it anywhere sweetness should have some perfume to it.
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 90 days — unopened, it keeps for two years from the date of manufacture.

“It mixed well with others.”
The testament of the retired
This syrup has been laid to rest — but nothing stays buried when enough voices call. Add yours, and if the chorus grows loud enough, we will fire up the kettles again.
3 voices raised
Your voice is recorded in the testament. If it returns, you drink first.
One voice is a whisper. Bring reinforcements — the louder the chorus, the sooner the kettles fire.
One vote per believer. We will only write when there is revival news.
A syrup is an ingredient – not sparingly, not heavily. Right down the middle, where flavor lives.
Runs well with white rum, aged rum, gin, tequila – and any of its shelf-mates. Syrups conspire well together.
No liquor? No problem. Soda water, lemonade, iced coffee, a scoop of vanilla ice cream – this bottle does not judge.
