Prescription Julep

  • 1 ½ oz. Cognac
  • ½ oz. rye whiskey
  • ½ oz Rich Demerara syrup
  • ½ oz overproof rum
  • 6 fresh mint leaves

Put mint leaves and syrup into the bottom of a julep cup, and gently muddle. Fill the cup with crushed ice, and pour in Cognac and Rye. Stir gently. Add more crushed ice on top, float the rum, and top with a rich bouquet of mint sprigs.

Q.B. Cooler

  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Orange juice
  • ½ oz Falernum
  • ½ oz Ginger syrup
  • ½ oz Demerara rum
  • 1 oz Gold rum
  • 1 oz Light rum
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • 1 oz Soda water

Mix all ingredients except soda with crushed ice and pour into a hurricane glass. Top with soda water and more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig bouquet.
 

Sailor's Grog

Sailor’s Grog

  • ¾ oz Lime juice
  • ¾ oz Orange juice
  • 1 oz Falernum
  • ½ oz 151 proof demerara rum
  • 1½ oz Spiced Rum
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • 1½ oz Ginger beer

Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with crushed ice and pour into a double old-fashioned glass. Top with ginger beer and more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and orange slice.
 

Three Dots and a Dash

Three Dots And A Dash

  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • ½ oz Orange
  • ½ oz Falernum
  • ½ oz Tiki Spices
  • ½ oz Gold rum
  • 1½ oz Martinique Rhum
  • 1 dash angostura bitters

Mix all ingredients with crushed ice and dump into a double old-fashioned glass. Top with more crushed ice, and garnish with 3 cherries, a pineapple spear, and mint sprig.

Mix all ingredients except soda with crushed ice and pour into a large thistle glass. Add soda water and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime shell volcano (lime wheel, orange spiral around it, and a breadcrumb infused with high-proof spirits inside, lit on fire)
 

Jungle Bird

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and pour into a Hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple frond and cinnamon stick.

Navy Grog

Shake all ingredients except soda with crushed ice and pour into a double old-fashioned glass. Top with more crushed ice, and fill with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig and rock candy swizzle.

Port Light

Mix all ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a rocks glass. Top with more crushed ice, and garnish with a cherry "lantern" dangling from a bamboo skewer.

Shake all ingredients except demerara rum with ice cubes. Pour into a Mai Tai glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve demerara rum on the side to use as a float, chaser, or whatever you may.

Mix all ingredients except soda with crushed ice and pour into any conveniently available tiki mug. Fill with soda and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with an orchid.
 

Cobra's Fang

  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • ½ oz Orange juice
  • ½ oz Falernum
  • ¼ oz Lush Grenadine
  • ¼ oz Passion Fruit Syrup
  • ½ oz 151 proof Demerara Rum
  • 1½ oz Dark rum
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Shake all ingredients with crushed ice and pour into hurricane glass. Top with more crushed ice and a carefully carved snake (orange peel, cloves) in the grass (pineapple fronds).

  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • ½ oz Falernum
  • ½ oz Triple Sec
  • ¾ oz Light Rum
  • 1½ oz Dark rum
  • dash Angostura bitters
  • dash Pernod

Shake with crushed ice, then pour into double old-fashioned glass. Add more crushed ice to fill. Garnish with a wooden oyster fork with maraschino cherry skewered on prongs.

Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon spiral.

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and pour into a double old-fashioned.  Garnish with a "flag" (a cherry spiked to an orange slice).
