Northwest Mai Tai
- 2 oz Rum, preferably Oregon or Washington made
- ¾ oz BG Reynolds Hazelnut Orgeat (Seasonal release)
- ½ oz Blackberry liqueur (sub creme de cassis)
- ¾ oz lime
Shake with crushed ice and a spent lime half. Pour into a double old-fashioned glass, and garnish with some fresh Oregon mint.
